About this Speaker

All children and young people have the right to feel safe and be safe. Protecting children and young people has always been my life's passion, and now my purpose. Keeping children and young people safe is not difficult, however it does involve courage to speak out and stand up for their rights. Children and young people's voices are important and we need to ensure they are heard and amplified.

Throughout my career I have ensured I have given children and young people a voice and put safeguarding at the heart of the organisation. To really create a safeguarding culture, you must have a passion for children and young people's rights. To create a safe organisation, we must ensure we create a safeguarding cultures, develop operations which promote the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people as well as creating safe online and physical environments.

I have years of global experience working with organisations to keep children and young people safe including the fortunate experience of providing key notes and speeches to audiences all over the world.
