During the Greek refugee and migrant response in 2016, Mandy worked for Save the Children International as the Safeguarding Advisor. She then spent two years consulting, working on different projects such as creating a child friendly version of the Albanian National Agenda for Child Rights (NACR) 2017-2020, Coordinator for the Global Civil Society Organisation (CSO) Forum to End Violence against Children, Contracted by GCPS Consulting to strengthen Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) for Global Communities, Gaziantep, Turkey and within Syria .

Mandy currently heads the Safeguarding team across the 13 countries that GOAL operates in. She has developed a global safeguarding strategy, action plan and minimum standards to drive the operational implementation and integration of safeguarding across GOAL’s systems, procedures and practices.
